• Major grade: 50% of the 9-week average. Includes tests in each subject, compositions, rubrics, eInstruction tests, book reports.
• Minor grades: 50% of 9-week average. Includes: quizzes (paper and eInstruction), journals, worksheets, group work, rubrics, class participation, spelling is averaged together for one minor grade.
• Conduct grades based on Tuesday folder checkmarks:
E = 0 – 1, S = 2 -4, N = 5 -6 U = 7 - 9Homework:
Please check your child’s assignment book daily and/or my website. Each student is responsible for writing down each day’s homework assignment in their JAG Daily Planner. Homework is due the following day unless otherwise noted. Students should read daily and parents are asked to initial the Reading Log daily.
