What will be the company’s focus during itsparticipation at bauma Conexpo India 2016?

Starting from the first bucket sold in the region someyears ago, our presence in the territory has beenconstantly increasing. Our hardest e!ort is to informabout a completely new concept of crushing, neverseen before, and to make people understand the greatadvantages in terms of saving time, money andmanpower, without forgetting the environmentalsustainability.

Our focus is to work closer with our dealers, who canunderstand customers’ needs and to sell withcompetence and technical assistance. For this reason,the presence of MB India’s complete sta! at thisimportant exhibition is necessary to consolidate ourbusiness relations and to give more confidence to ourclients.

What products and services will be displayed at theshow?

Mainly, we will have two product ranges on display atbC India — one is the Crusher Bucket which is forcrushing and demolition of any kind of materials, andthe other is the Screener Bucket, essentially forscreening out materials from a particular site. Thehistoric model from the range of Crusher Buckets, theBF90.3, has been recently overhauled with a thirdseries. MB introduced a more compact, robust, andproductive Crusher Bucket that can be maintainedquickly and easily. It is particularly suitable forrecycling operations involving any type of inertmaterial or demolition waste (road works –excavations – pipelines – ducts). Despite its size andreduced weight compared to larger models, theBF90.3 S3 achieves a production capacity of 41 m3 perhour.

Even the line of screening buckets has been renovatedduring 2016, with the MB-S18 third series model thatis now available with a nebulizer kit and ironseparator. The two accessories increase versatilitywhile allowing it to be used in inhabited areas, thanksto the suppression of dust. The new MB-S18 S3 ismore compact, balanced, and easier to maintain. Ourproducts can be termed as purpose-built attachmentsand we have a certain level of customisation.

Higher uptime, low operating cost, strong a!er-sales service, and spare parts availability havebecome key selling points. How is your companystrengthening its position in these areas?

Since 2001, MB has o!ered the largest line of patentedcrusher buckets all over the world. With extensiveinnovation and development, MB Crusher todaymeans Crusher Buckets, Screening Buckets, Grapplesand Drum-cutters for excavators, skid loaders, andbackhoes of all sizes.

We have been present in India since 2012, when weincorporated a local subsidiary. Since then, we havebeen growing, with our sales reaching the market viaour exclusive dealers across India. We have a directpresence in almost all the states of India withexcellent partnerships to assure a local presence froma sales and a"er-sales point of view.

We are doing roadshows and giving presentations toshow live examples of our equipment used in thedemolition and infrastructure projects, and bringawareness among the customers in India.

What is your view on the growth of theconstruction equipment industry in India?

We expect the market to take the next stage of growth,where it will shi" from being a purely concept selling.We see the market growing by leaps and bounds,because India is a dynamic market that grows at highspeed. Things will change rapidly, and of course, a lotof interesting things are happening in the downstreamlevel with the public sector investments and thee!orts the new government has put in. So probablywith the larger policies and programmes beingimplemented by the government, there will be a lot ofapplications for our equipment. In the next 1-2 years.We expect to have some government tenders callingfor excavator equipment along with crushing bucketsand screening buckets, which will be a very excitinginitiative for us.

With a lot of public sector investments, we can explorea lot of private sector investments (too), and overallinfrastructure initiatives at the macro level.
