Because managing mining products inventory isn’t a “one size fits all” solution, IDS will help identify the best product solutions for your mining operation’s needs. And no solution will be implemented unless it helps your meet your inventory management goals. By working together, we can identify your inventory challanges, determine where and how your inventory is being used, and develop a solution that best fits your needs. Let us take a look at your mine and drill consumables requirements. We can discuss what your typical spend has been and look at your current inventory value and carrying costs. We will also plug the estimated procurement costs into the analysis. In the end, we will give you a proposal. The Mining Products Center (MPC) is an onsite consumable supplies solution for mines that minimizes expenses and overhead costs. An MPC is tailored for each mine site to cater to the mining and drilling needs of that site. It can include the following: We provide an onsite office trailer for our staff. The trailer is snow rated, self contained, and ready to go. All you need to do is prep the site for water and power. For our onsite products storage solution, we use pre-fabricated steel shipping containers with roll up doors. All containers are weather tight. Proper machinery is included to handle drill tooling and other items as needed. We will provide staff for your mine site with current MSHA training and related training as required at your particular mine. If required, staff members can be avaiable for multiple shifts. IDS can place spot orders for you, as needed, during emergencies. All orders are submitted and managed according to your workflow and operational processes. IDS will provide staff that has been trained in the latest safety programs. We promote a “Safety Culture” on all sites. Our team has their current MSHA credentials, we have a written safety program and we are Browz compliant. An IDS team can help minimze risks and exposure. Save time counting inventory, placing orders, and processing paperwork. Your on-site IDS MPC Rep manages the inventory and stocking process while you still control the purchasing process.
