If short hanger bolts are not attached to bracket(s), hereis how to assemble them:

Attach to larger diameter tubes:(Single or double poles)

1 a. Hold both brackets against tube(s) and insert bolts.

b. Square section of bolt under head must fit into rectangular hole.

c. Secure with washer and nut. Thread first nut only one or two turns before attaching second nut.

d. Then tighten to secure bracket at desired height.

a. Loosen hanger bolts if required.

b. Insert head of each hanger bolt into keyhole slot of hanging display.

c. Tighten wing nuts of each hanger bolt.

Attach to smaller diameter tubes:(Single or double poles)

a. Assemble brackets with one long bolt secured with washer and nut. Secure nut with only one or two turns.b. Rotate, insert and rotate brackets as shown. Secure with second long bolt and washer with nut. c. Tighten at desired height.
