2a) At the top of the ‘Options’ panel select the ‘Content’ icon shown below. 2b) Ensure that ‘Enable JavaScript’ is ticked as shown below. Firefox 3.4 and below. Firefox 3.5 or later.

3) Next click on the ‘Privacy’ icon along the top. Ensure ‘Accept cookies from sites’ is ticked, then select ‘OK’. Firefox 3.4 and below. Firefox 3.5 & 3.6.

Firefox 4.0 or above.

4) Now close all internet browser windows that are currently open and reopen a new browser window, type in our website address and login to your account. You shold now be able to browse our website without issue.
