A New Insight
• Water affects our ability to digest.• We need Enzymes.
Why Water?
Intestines are lined with mucus and that mucus is (or should be) 90% water!
If levels are too low:1. Heart burn2. Hiatal Hernia3. A whole host of digestive
disturbances, including improper pH
Water and pH• Water helps the body produce Hydrochloric Acid
needed in the first steps of digestion. This acid helps create the environment to break down proteins and minerals.
• Next, the Pancreas makes the liquid coming from the stomach alkaline using bicarbonate–intestines need to be alkaline and not acid.
• Pancreatic enzymes require an alkaline pH to work.
• The Pancreas needs water to make bicarbonate solution!
• If there isn’t enough bicarbonate solution—the stomach won’t empty.

Water Formula
www.thewatercure.com
Water Formula
• ½ your body weight in ounces of water (per Dr. B) unless you are in pain—then it is ¾ your body weight in ounces of water daily.
• Ex. If you weigh 150 pounds you need to drink 75 ounces of water throughout the day.
• If you drink dehydrating drinks (coffee, tea, soda pop or “energy drinks”), for every 8 ozyou drink you need to replace it with 12 ounces of water—not included in above formula.

Personal Opinion• Best and purest water
for only pennies!
• Plug and play—no plumber needed.
• Tells you when new filters are needed.

Enzymes
Two major types of enzymes:
1. Metabolic:Help in all body processes—must be manufactured in the body.
2. Digestive Enzymes:Assist the body in the breaking down of nutrients to form:
Amino acidsEssential fatty acids Glycerol
Enzymes Are not Hardy
• We cook them to death• Eat enzyme‐deficient foods• Stress and aging negatively impact
their production • Inadequate levels lead to poor nutrient
absorption, which cascades to:
→ Low energy levels→ Inability to heal properly→ Pain and inflammation→ Toxic buildup→ Even our mood is affected
Where There is Life, There are Enzymes!
“My theory: there is a source enzyme that has the capability of becoming any of the 5,000 kinds of vital enzymes created in the cells of our bodies.”
• Each enzyme has a special characteristic and unique function.
• We can assist the body in eating the right foods and consuming digestive enzymes so we don’t exhaust the “Source Enzyme.”

Proteins
A little goes a long way– average person only needs about 3‐4 ounces per serving a day.
Inefficiently digested proteins may contribute to: fatigue, lack of muscle tone, congested mucus, acid ash, which causes the kidneys to work harder to balance pH.
Why Protein?
• Protein is required by the body for the growth, maintenance and repair of all cells.
• Protein is a major component of all muscles, tissues and organs and is vital for practically every process that occurs within the body such as metabolism, digestion and the transportation of nutrients and oxygen in the blood.
• It is also necessary for the production of antibodies, which fight against infection and illness. And it is the main nutrient that keeps our hair shiny and healthy, our nails strong, our skin fresh and glowing and our bones strong and healthy.
Not all Proteins Are Created Equal
• There are 14 non‐essential amino acids. They are termed non‐essential as they can be manufactured by the body and do not have to be derived from food.
• The body, on the other hand, cannot produce the remaining 8 essential amino acids itself, and therefore they must be derived from the food that we eat.

Complete/Incomplete
• “Complete” proteins tend to come from animal sources of protein such as meat, dairy products, eggs, fish, shellfish and poultry.
• “Incomplete” proteins are usually lacking in one or more of the essential amino acids. They are generally found in vegetable products like fruits, vegetables, peas, beans, grains and nuts. With care, one can combine them to make them complete.
• NSP has taken great care in providing complete protein in SmartMeal.
Good News for Vegetarians!
Free Form Amino Acids
The eight essential amino acids in this product are formulated to meet the Food and Agricultural Organization/World Health Organization (FAO/WHO) amino acid pattern that helps ensure the most efficient use of amino acids by the human body.
2 tablets per day with meals.

Peptides
Amino Acids
Proteases
Peptidase
NSP Food Enzymes includes:• Bromelain• Lipase• Amylase• Pancreatin• Papain• Pepsin
A small amount of betaine hydrochloride helps create proper stomach pH, and bile salts support healthier fat digestion.

Protein Digestive AidPDA• Higher levels of HCl for when
the body is deficient and has difficulty building muscle
• Increases stomach acid to encourage quicker digestion
Protease Plus• Can be used in conjunction
with PDA for even more efficient protein digestion.
• Can be used in between meals to break up congested mucus.
• Plant‐based and can be used by itself for breaking down proteins in vegetable sources.
• Eases the work of the pancreas (called proteolytic enzymes).
Dr. Beard and then Dr. Gonzalez used proteolytic enzymes in their treatment of advanced cancers.
http://www.dr‐gonzalez.com/clinical_pearls.htm
“Recent evidence demonstrates that orally ingested pancreatic proteolytic enzymes are acid stable, pass intact into the small intestine and are absorbed through the intestinal mucosa into the blood‐stream as part of an entero‐pancreatic recycling process…”(Please read his paper: Pancreatic Cancer, Proteolytic Enzyme Therapy and Detoxification).

Probiotic Eleven
11 types of friendly bacteria that support proper digestion and nutrient absorption. Probiotics help the intestine and colon by producing enzymes, supporting immune function and helping to prevent occasional constipation.
For therapeutic and maintenance use!
Therapeutic: also use 2 am as well as 2 pmMaintenance: 2 caps once a day
The body needs these to produce B and K vitamins in the large intestine.

Support for Children
Neurological Disorders“Since taking enzymes, my older son, who was diagnosed with an autism
spectrum condition, is no longer banging his head on the floor 10 to 14 hours a day. He can now interact with others around him and communicate well. His sleep and sensory problems improved.
My younger son’s reflux and bowel problems faded away.
My chronic migraines disappeared. Not only did these improvements happen for my family, but they happened for thousands of other families as well.
After tracking results for over five years, the results are rather impressive. Around 90 to 93% of people trying a good quality enzyme product see improvements. While these figures were taken from informalstudies and surveys in autism related conditions, the results appear to be consistent in the general population. Benefits appear in a wide range of behavior, language, cognitive and physical issues. Older children and adults experience benefits as much as younger children.”
