EXERCISING GIRL - THE FUTURE OLYMPIAN

The girls perceived that doing sport they become faster, stronger and more

courageous.

PROJECT “PRIMARY STUDENTS EXPERIMENT, OBSERVE, INVESTIGATE AND CREATE”. We conduct various tests, and in September – October we are studying our activeness.  

Aim – to go 10 000 steps per day.

CONCLUSIONS:  3 PUPILS OF 24 WERE ABSENT.  12 PUPILS DEFEATED 10 000 STEPS  4 STUDENTS SUCCEEDED MORE THAN 20 000 STEPS.  Average students go 4000 steps daily. 

We found out that not many students move.

There are 24 pupils in our class and after school:

10 pupils - don’t do sport

CONCLUSIONS:

Children and grandparents do sport more than parents.Children and parents do sport more actively. Grandparents do sport systematically (1-2 hours every day). 17 families spend their free time actively (travel, do sport, work in the garden).If parents do sport, their children do sport too.

DO SPORT AND MOTIVATE THE OTHERS BECAUSE DOING SPORT

YOUR HEALTH AND MOOD IMPROVE, BRAIN RESTS, IT IS

EASIER TO CONCENTRATE.
