T H E D E TA I L SWEDDING MENU TASTING

A complimentary wedding menu tasting will be provided upon request no sooner than 3 months prior to the wedding date in order to incorporate our seasonal menus. Tastings are not conducted for buffets. Menu tastings

are complimentary for up to (4) guests with a signed agreement with a catering minimum exceeding $8,000 and advanced deposit. Your event manager will provide guidelines in choosing a sample menu.

FOOD & BEVERAGEAll food and beverage are subject to a 23% taxable service charge and all applicable taxes (currently 8.4%). We appreciate your menu selections 21 days prior to the date of your functions. Menu prices are subject to change

based on product availability.

PARKINGThe Sebastian – Vail offers valet parking only for $38.00 per night. Event only valet parking is available at $25 per day. Self-parking is available at the town of Vail parking structure for up to $25 per day; subject to change at any

time.

GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONSThe Sebastian - Vail offers 84 luxurious guest rooms for your wedding party. All the accommodations offer an abundance of inclusive conveniences like Nespresso™ coffee service, sweet and savory snacks, fresh fruit and

bottled water. Mini-refrigerator in the hotel rooms and full refrigerators in the residences are stocked with sodas and creamers for coffee. See the resort fee inclusions for more detail. Nightly turndown service always includes a house

made sweet treat to ease you into a splendid sleep, so you awake refreshed for your day of Vail adventures and exceptional Sebastian experiences. Reservations and room blocks should be made as soon as possible to ensure

availability.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENTInitial and final deposits shall be made in advance prior to all functions. Upon mutual agreement to secure the

space, The Sebastian – Vail will set up deposits that will fulfill your needs, always assuring your wedding function is paid for prior to arrival. Once your wedding details are finalized with your Event Manager, we will provide you with an estimate of charges. These amounts are only estimates and are based on your individual selections, as well as

historical consumption data. In the event of over payment a refund will be issued. If a remaining balance exists after the event, we will charge the credit card attached to your wedding account.
