Our story

In early sixties we began trading in textiles as Ashraf Trading Corporation and steadily built our reputation as reliable textile exporters.

In 1985 in order to meet increasing customer demands, we formed a manufacturing concern called Mount Fuji Textiles Limited. Since then Mount Fuji Textiles has grown from a 3000 square feet office to 1.15 million square feet of Manufacturing facility.

To strengthen and facilitate our European customers, in 2006 we invested in a Warehousing facility ‘Stock Gate’ in London. Stock Gate is also the wholesale distributor of Fabrics and other textile products.

COMPANY PROFILE

With rich experience of Weaving on Water Jet, Rapier, Power, Sulzer and now Airjet Looms, in the last three decades we have grown ourselves to become one of the most reputed and skilled exporters and manufacturers of Textile Products made of Polyester, cotton and blended Yarns. Not only that, in the last one and a half decade we have equipped ourselves to become a reputed exporter of knitted products as well.

With a dedicated and skilled team and a manufacturing facility spread over a land of twelve acres capable of knitting as well as fabric weaving supported by sectional warping and rewinding machines, we also have the unique ability to stitch Textile products as diverse as Home Textiles, Garden Furnishings and Garments.

In order to support and deliver ever increasing and unique customer demands we also have equipped ourselves with Polyfill manufacturing, Fabric Seersucker and Elastic Manufacturing. Furthermore we have our own power generation as well which helps us with uninterrupted power supply.

Conclusively we are proud to be recognized as having one of the most unique combinations of textile manufacturing plants in Pakistan.

WE ARE RECOGNIZED AS EXPERT WARPERS OF YARN COUNTS AS FINE AS 30 DENIER.

We have four sectional warping machines of 1000 creels each with a warping capacity of approximately Two Million Meters a month.

STITCHING

Our stitching is equipped with many types of stitching machines including single needle, double needle, over lock, safety, long needle, quilting, pillow blower etc.

Our stitching is spread over an area of seven floors of one acre each with different stitching expertise, easily capable of delivering diverse products.

WE HAVE THE UNIQUE ABILITY TO STITCH PRODUCTS AS DIVERSE AS CHAIR SEATS AND BED SHEETS.

SEERSUCKERING IS ONE OF OUR SUCCESSFUL EXPERIMENTS AND CUSTOMERS’ FAVOURITE

We have four seer suckering machines with a capacity of approximately 400,000 Meters a month. The plant is supported by rolling facility to keep the fabric in best shape.

POLYFILL/FOAM& filling

KNITTING& ELASTIC

WE ARE AMONG THE FIRST FEW TEXTILE MANUFACTURERS EQUIPPED WITH POLY FILL PLANT

We have a polyfill manufacturing plant capable of producing 3 Tons of High quality polyfill, using imported fibers. We also have fiber recycling plant as well, to recycle fibers for Pillow filling etc.

WE MANUFACTURE HALF A MILLION KNITTED FITTED SHEETS EVERY MONTH

We can produce 200,000 KGS of Knitted Fabric per month of different qualities using our 20 Automatic

Knitting Machines and 1 Million Meters of Elastic per month using 5 Elastic Machines.
