Rapid Solutions provides a comprehensive range of preventative maintenance, condition based maintenance and servicing & repairs for industrial motors.

Our preventative maintenance plans are individually created based on the equipment in use, manufacturers recommendations and previous industrial motor experience. Preventative maintenance plans are scheduled on the length of time a motor has been in service and are not based on actual run hours.

Condition based maintenance plans take into account the age, number of run hours and physical motor conditions and use this information to fully prepare for failure. The motor is then allowed to run until a failure occurs. At this point the maintenance plan becomes active and the motor is returned to its full operating condition as quickly as possible.

PREVENTATIVE & CONDITION BASED MAINTENANCE Our repair centre contains a wide range of specialist equipment developed to support

our breakdown and corrective maintenance services. We are committed to returning customer motors to their full working condition and act quickly to provide customers with a detailed fault analysis and schedule of works. Once this has been approved motors are repaired by our trained engineers and returned to customers ready for use.

Our motor overhaul technicians attend regular OEM training events and have extensive experience of working with different motor equipment. The service we offer customers ensures all motors are restored to their newly manufactured condition. We complete all our work in accordance with BS EN 60079-19-2007.

Sometimes failures occur without any warning and it is important to react quickly if this happens. Without instant access to the correct parts, equipment and labour motor failure can affect productivity within a business.

Our bespoke repair centre is fully equipped to react quickly to breakdowns. We have the resources to collect motors and carry out repairs at our facilities or send engineers to customer premises to diagnose and rectify fault conditions.
