How to Export or Import Files

Share track or waypoints via Airdrop orother apps like Gmail,Drive,etc.or import
into storage or a supported app.

Using Airdrop or Other Apps

Go to Menu > Setup andselect iTunes Drag & Drop.

Ensure iTunes Drag &Drop is toggledON.
Next,go to Menu >Tracks / Waypoints >
select a track or waypoint,and then selectOptions.

Select Share with Airdrop.

…or the app that your want toshare the track or waypoint on.
SelectAirdrop...

You can also copy directly toother apps that support GPX
files...
…or save the file to youriCloud/iPhone storage.

To see the complete list ofoptions, scroll to the end and
selectMore.

Move track & waypoints between youriPhone and your computer using File
Sharing.
Using iTunes or Finder

Go to Menu > Setup andselect iTunes Drag & Drop.

Ensure iTunes Drag &Drop is toggledON.
Select File Sharing from the sidebarand then selectMotionX-GPS.
If using iTunes,plug your iPhone into yourcomputer, launch iTunes,and then select
the phone icon.

The “MotionX-GPS Documents”panecontains all of the GPX files on your
iPhone.
Select a file(s) and then drag to or fromyour iPhone or desktop.

Alternatively,use Add… to move GPXfiles to your phone.
Or use Save… to save GPX files toyour computer.

Select the Files tab.
If you are on Mac OS Catalina (or later), youwill use Finder instead of iTunes.
Plug your iPhone into your computer, launchFinder,and then select the phone icon.
ExpandMotionX-GPS
Select a file(s) and then drag to orfrom your iPhone or desktop.

You can import a GPX file sent by a friendor import a file which youʼve emailed to
yourself.
Import via Email

Select theGPX fileattachment.

Select the Shareicon...
…and thenCopy toMotionX-GPS (which maybe located under “More”).

Select Import.

SelectDone.
