MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIMETO FILE POSITION PAPER AND DRAFT

DECISION

COMPLAINANT, by the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully states that:

1. Complainant engaged the services of undersigned counsel only on 24 November 2015;

2. On 10 November 2015, Complainant received a copy of the ORDER of this Honorable Office, directing him, among others, to file a Verified Position Paper as well as a Draft Decision within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the said ORDER and thus has until 25 November 2015 within which to submit the said Verified Position Paper and Draft Decision;

3. However, due to volume and pressure of work, coupled with other equally important and urgent professional commitments, the undersigned counsel cannot complete the

said Verified Position Paper and Draft Decision within the period required and will need an additional fifteen (15) days from 25 November 2015 or until 10 December 2015 within which to do so. Moreover, this additional time will also allow the undersigned to study this case further;

3. This motion is being filed due to the reason above-stated and not for the purpose of delaying the instant case.

WHEREFORE, Complainant prays that he be granted an additional fifteen (15) days from 25 November 2015 or until 10 December 2015 within which to submit a Verified Position Paper and Draft Decision.
