STRATELIGENT to interview key community stakeholders (20 independent meetings) to identify and assess alignments, differences, and opportunities.
• Lodging and travel costs are included for (1) “Full-Week” 7 days, Monday through Sunday to
facilitate the above 20 meetings. 3 - 4 meetings per day. Each meeting lasting 90 minutes. Meetings
will need to be scheduled and space reserved through the Moses Lake LEAD advisory team.

• Plan needs to be have the ability of being accomplished; if not, this plan will sit on a shelf and collect dust

• Review our Moses Lake story (history from the Pioneers through today.)
• Review / present the strategic process taken to date
• Present Moses Lake 2028 with the Master Vision as created through the process of the community survey, stakeholder interviews, and original comprehensive plan. (By the people, for the people)
• Call people to action by having them vote for their three most important and vital community priorities.
• There could a total list of the Top 10 priorities, but the Top 3 must be voted on in order to move forward today.
• Ask for volunteer chairs and committee members to join the Top 3 project specific groups. (In order to push them forward, otherwise nothing will actually move forward)

Project Implementation
• Ongoing, facilitating the three (3) groups within their specific project
• Relationship building, mentoring in community, community development
• Problem solve funding, communication, getting it done, bringing it to
fruition, ideally within two years
• Deliver the first three projects, celebrate the success region-wide, then
take the next priorities off the shelf and make that happen. Repeat.
• Lodging and travel costs are included for (4) in-person visits in 2019 and
2020 with the (3) project leadership groups; meetings must be
coordinated within same trip.
(4 total trips, 12 total meetings - Over the course of 2 years, 2 trips per year)
