in september 2016, the draft caloundra centre Master Plan was released for review and public comment. under this plan, caloundra will be rebuilt to accommodate a new cBd with the redevelopment creating a new town square and rejuvenating public spaces with an aim to attracting private investment in a new urban village built around central Park.
