Wear Plates Corrugated Wear Plates

Morse Rubber Corrugated Wear Plates are profiled to allow correction of impact angle. Applications with an unfavorable impact angle (~10-50 deg.) can require more frequent replacement of wear plates. The corrugated wear plate can be used to correct this condition by optimizing the impact angle. When inverted, corrugated wear plates form a “rock box”. Morse Wear Plates are available with full Steel Backing (Type-CS) or with Aluminum Slot Track (Type-CT).

Morse Rubber Type-SB Wear Plates provide protection from wear to chutes and hoppers, truck beds and other equipment and structures . Impact resistance provided by rubber dampens impacts and prevents damage. Mounting is simple using plug welds, studs or threaded fasteners. Hammer-in plugs protect fasteners. As an alternative to steel backing, Morse Type-TB Wear Plates are available with Aluminum Slot Tracks used with T-Bolts to accommodate varied fastening locations.
