From the White MountainsGo westbound to 40, connect to the 260 in Show Low where it intersects with SR 87 in the heart of Payson. Turn south (or left on SR87) through town to the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino, which will be on your left.

From North, Flagstaff and I-40Take I-17 south to Exit 287. Travel approximately 54 miles and you’ll see a sign for SR-26. Then 260 east to highway SR 87, then highway SR 87 into Payson. Continue on SR 87 south through Payson past Main Street to the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino, which is on your left side.
