prior court decisions have denied you permission to file a claim against the State of New York.

having no opposition to this motion, it is so ORDERED:

That the plaintiffs motion to Proceed as a Poor Person, waiving all fees and costs

relating to the filing and service, is hereby GRANTED. It is further ORDERED, pursuant to

section I 103 CPLR, that any recovery by judgment or by settlement had in favor of the plaintiff,

shall be paid to the clerk of the court in which the order permiuing the person to proceed as a
