Project Overview

Morada Plano will be a 5-story multifamily community located in the heart of historic downtown Plano where residents will have a variety of local dining and shopping options at their doorstep. The community will consist of 184 apartments in two buildings and the ground floor will feature 12,700 SF of retail and restaurant space.

Morada Plano will offer 333 parking spots - 288 of which will be in a below grade parking structure. All apartments will include a high level of interior finishes such as wood-panel flooring, quartz countertops with islands, stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerators, washers and dryers and outdoor balconies. Mora-da Plano will offer a superior amenity package to its residents including a business center with WI-FI, 24/7 game room, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, lushly landscaped pool deck, private gazebos, and flat screen TV’s.
