Cernica Monastery
• Situated in Pantelimon,on the East side of Bucharest.
• Built in 1608, by Cernica Știrbei.
• Included in the List of Romanian historical monuments.
Mogoșoaia Palace• Situated at about 10 kilometres away from Bucharest .
• Built between 1698-1702 by Constantin Brâncoveanu, ruler of Muntenia ( the Southern part of Romania).
• Romanian Renaissance style (named Brâncoveanu style), a combination of Venetian and Oriental elements.
Snagov Palace• Royal palace, situated at 40 kilometres North from
Bucharest, near Snagov Lake.
• Built in 1930 for Prince Nicholas of Romania.
