The Dog Show brings together many new and established sculptors dedicated to mans best friend. From Terriers,

Dachshunds and Labradors to German Shepherds and Spaniels, this promises to be a wonderfully diverse range of breeds, depicted by over 15 different makers.

This exhibition shows the many styles, mediums and directions these artists have taken to portray their subject. Often crafted with an acute observation and great sensitivity to capture a distinctive characteristic or a particular attitude. Humour is obviously evident in many pieces due to the fun loving nature of many pets, whether a snoozing hound, an alert working dog or just a playful Heinz 57, each piece has its own unique personality.

Woof!

Contemporary Jewellery

Although not a dedicated exhibition, from the beginning of November until Christmas, Montpellier Gallery will be displaying one of their most

comprehensive selections of contemporary jewellery ever. The gallery will be showcasing the latest pieces from over 100 English and German designers - many of whom are award winning in their fields.

Contemporary materials such as coloured resins, enamels, titanium and aluminium can be seen, used alongside the more traditional metals such as gold and silver or in combination with precious and semi-precious stones. Sympathetically crafted these pieces are wonderful examples of todays design-led jewellery, and display the makers flair for creativity and quality.

If you are looking for that unique, individual or precious gift which says you have spent time and imagination looking for something different, Montpellier Gallery can offer you that special idea.

With prices ranging from £25 to over £1000 we think there should certainly be something to stimulate and inspire your imagination during this festive season.
