* Ending first quarter2015, institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean decreased their active clients by 268,029 clients (-8.0%) mainly due to removal of Mibanco/ Peru of the group. In absolute terms, Compartamos in

Mexico was the institution in this group with the largest increase: 24,560 active clients (1.0%). Furthermore, this group decreased its active portfolio by US$1,392.6 million (32.1%), and Bancosol/Bolivia was the institution

in this group with the highest increase in this variable: US$20.0 million (1.9%).

AFRICA AND ASIA PARTNERS INSTITUTIONS - ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO

* Partners in Africa decreased by 811 active clients (-0.7%). In absolute terms, AMfB in Nigeria was the institution with the largest growth in this variable by 1,973 clients (5.7%). On the other hand, this group decreased its

active portfolio by US$9.6 million (-9.3%) but any institution shows growth.

* Partners in Asia increased by 74,411 active clients (22.4%). In absolute terms, the highest growth was in Swadhaar (India) with 26,436 clients (14.1%). Furthermore, this group increased its active portfolio by US $10.6

million and also Swadhaar (India) was the institution in this group that increased in this variable the most: 9.1 million (27.6%). From now on Dawn Microfinance is part of this group.

PORTFOLIO IN ARREARS > 30 DAYS –COMPARISON DECEMBER 2014 / MARCH 2015

By December of 2014, the group of Institutions of Latin America and the Caribbean showed a decrease in their Portfolio at Risk of 1.30 points; it remains below the weighted average of

all institutions by 0.51 points.

The group Partners in Africa increased It’s indicator by 1.11 percentage points. And, it is the group that remains above the total weighted average (4.90 points above).

The group of partners in Asia decreased its Portfolio at Risk indicator at 0.19 points. And, it stays 4.92 points above the weighted average of the total risk indicator.
