Residential launches in South India increased by 27% over March 2016

In Apr’16, launches in Chennai and Hyderabad witnessed a significant increase, together accounting for nearly 53% of the combined

launches of Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. While Bengaluru witnessed a decline of 5% in new launches over previous month
