As well all know, California is in a serious drought. We must all do our part to conserve water; the city of Clovis has let us know that we are exceeding our allotted amount of water.
Remember: No Car Washing on Property and hoses should not be left running for long periods of time!
Please report any leaking pipes, toilets that keep running, broken sprinklers around your apartment or standing water on the property.
We want to prepare you for a safe and fun trick or treating night.
• Plan a route in advance• Wear comfy shoes• Decorate costumes and bags
with reflective take or stickers and if possible, choose light colors.
• Choose face paint and make-up, instead of masks, which can obstruct a child’s vision.
• Have kids carry glow sticks or flashlights.
• Teach children to cross the street at cornerss using traffic signals and crosswalks.
• If there are no sidewalks, walk facing traffic as far to the left as possible.
• Teach children to never dart out into the street or cross between parked cars!

Health Literacy Month
How well can you understand health information? Do you understand the warning signs on your prescription medication? Health Literacy is an indi-vidual’s ability to understand and act on health information. Individuals with low health literacy have a higher aver-age annual healthcare cost com-pared to those with high literacy levels.

for financial aid.
