The Easter Bunny
The earliest reference to an egg-toting Easter Bunny
can be found in a late 16th-
century German text (1572) ldquoDo not worry if
the Easter Bunny escapes
you should we miss his eggs we will cook the nestrdquo
the text reads A century
later a German text once
again mentions the Easter Bunny describing it as an
ldquoold fablerdquo and suggesting
that the story had been around for a while before
the book was written
In the 18th century German immigrants took
the custom of the Easter
Bunny with them to the United States and by the
end of the 19th century
sweet shops in the eastern states were selling rabbit-

Medicare News
Does Medicare Cover Air Ambulance Transportation In Limited cases Medicare Part B covers transportation in an air ambulance
The services must be medically necessary meaning that you require immediate and rapid ambulance transportation that could no be provided by a ground ambulance More specifically the services must be needed either because
A ground ambulance cannot get to where you are Or there is a great distance to travel or another obstacle involved in getting
you to the nearest appropriate facility In rural areas you automatically meet the medical necessity requirement if A doctor or other medical professional determines that air transport is
necessary due to time and or geographical factors And the air transit meets Medicare-approved air ambulance requirements Medicare Advantage Plans must also cover air ambulance transportation but can do so with different costs and conditions Please remember that Wyoming doesnrsquot have Medicare Advantage Plans

More Tips for Your Brain
Eat right
A nutritious diet thats good
for your body is also good for your brain And
something as simple as
adding more green leafy vegetables to your diet (like
spinach and kale) could offer
an easy way to help protect your brain from Alzheimers
disease and dementia
Research tracked the diets
and cognitive abilities of more than 950 older adults
for five years and saw a
significant decrease in the rate of cognitive decline for
people who consumed
greater amounts of green leafy vegetables The
individual nutrients most
linked with this finding vitamin K lutein folate and
beta-carotene
Other good sources of these
nutrients include brightly
colored fruits and vegetables like avocados kiwis
mangoes cantaloupe
carrots sweet potatoes broccoli tomatoes brussels
sprouts and red yellow and
green peppers mdash to name just a few

More Tips for Your Brain
Eat right
A nutritious diet thats good
for your body is also good for your brain And
something as simple as
adding more green leafy vegetables to your diet (like
spinach and kale) could offer
an easy way to help protect your brain from Alzheimers
disease and dementia
Research tracked the diets
and cognitive abilities of more than 950 older adults
for five years and saw a
significant decrease in the rate of cognitive decline for
people who consumed
greater amounts of green leafy vegetables The
individual nutrients most
linked with this finding vitamin K lutein folate and
beta-carotene
Other good sources of these
nutrients include brightly
colored fruits and vegetables like avocados kiwis
mangoes cantaloupe
carrots sweet potatoes broccoli tomatoes brussels
sprouts and red yellow and
green peppers mdash to name just a few
