Dear 5k Participants, Partners & Community Members,

This guide will provide all the details you will need for the 5k event

serving Montgomery and Delaware Counties, PA.

Since February, over 1,875 local girls have been meeting twice a week

after school. Together with their coaches they discover valuable life skills

that strengthen their social, emotional and physical muscles. A key part

of their character development lessons is running to prepare to complete

a 5k. As they accomplish that goal and cross the finish line, we hope you

have a wonderful experience as well.

Sincerely,

Tracy Ashdale, Executive Director

Girls on the Run of Montgomery and Delaware Counties, PA
