The Monaco race track around the impressive Casino is one of only

two temporary street circuits on the Formula One calendar. The city

of Monaco gives the race a breathtaking backdrop. As the circuit is

located in the heart of the city the view from normal grandstands is

naturally worse than on permanent race tracks.  

With our apartments in the Beau Rivage we offer the opportunity to

watch a big part of the circuit in the harbour area.

As tickets for apartments used to be very expensive we try to offer

an alternative between normal grandstand tickets and expensive

apartment tickets.

The building Beau Rivage is located on Avenue d` Ostende on the

straight from the first corner up the hill to the Casino.
