The following is an e-mail dialog with the Robin Hayes bunch at NCGOP following the ExecutiveCommittee meeting in Cary, North Carolina, on 11/11/2017 to determine the fate of the Haywood 5, broughtup on Party Disloyalty Charges. Actually, I have only once received one (1) single sentence e-mail fromRobin Hayes, therefore, I expect that he is not so fluent with sending e-mails.

Since non of the Haywood 5 have every received anything official in writing from Robin Hayes, or anyoneelse, we can only speculate as to what transpired at that meeting.

We Still have this pesky matter of the ""NO TRESPASS"" Letters sent out by NCGOP Chief Legal CounselTom Stark under direction of the NCGOP Vice Chair Michele Nix to the Citizens of Haywood County (andI am told several other Counties). At Least 3 Citizens of Haywood received these letters Eddie Cabe , PaulYeager, Jeremy Davis .

As I understand the rule of Law, the Law Enforcement in this county, CAN NOT recognize this letter, asit is not signed by a Judge, just a Lawyer doing the bidding of a few folks in the leadership at NCGOP withabsolutely NO evidence to back any of these Letters/Charges up.

I have included my County Sheriff , Mr. Greg Christopher in this email.

I understand that a question arose during the Kangaroo Court ExCom meeting Saturday whether or notKEVIN ENSLEY was censured by HCGOP. Ken Henson was called upon to respond, and evidently gavea similar response to that when he was called as a witness in my case against CHARLES DOUGLASWRIGHT for communicating a threat to me - "BACK OFF, OR THERE WILL BE BLOOD RUNNING OUTOF BOTH YOUR EARS". Ken Henson, who was present at that meeting, lied his [expletive deleted] offwhen he responded when asked if he heard CHARLES DOUGLAS WRIGHT communicate the threat - "Idon't want to say what I think I heard". This was before District Court Judge DONNA FORGA, andCHARLES DOUGLAS WRIGHT was being defended by his son in law, now mayor of Canton, ZEBSMATHERS. Ken Henson allegedly responded at the meeting, something to effect that he did not recall.

Just to refresh everyone's mind, KEVIN ENSLEY was censured by HCGOP, with Ken Henson presiding aschair (but the meeting was really being run by Kebbie (i.e. Ken Henson and Debbie King). Here is a copyof that censure resolution, suitable for framing...

When they voted to remove me from the last HCGOP meeting on 11/6/2017, they later conducted business,and one of the business items was that Ted Carr asked for a reimbursement for some T Shirts he went outand bought (without the advise and consent of the Executive Committee) for the amount of $300. !!!! WTF? Ted Carr took it on his own to purchase T Shirts, and sell them at the Haywood County Fair for $20 bucksa pop. The Executive Committee at the 1/6/2017 meeting unanimously approved paying Ted Carr off (chairvoted against). The two friendlies at the meeting voted to pay him off also, so as to deplete their fundsquicker, because they are having difficulty raising money. Ask about the stupid Mega-BBQ that they can'tsell raffle tickets for. Anyway, this would not normally raise any eyebrows, except in the Five (5) FinancialMeetings in a row held by Kebbie (Ken Henson and Debbie King), they crucified Jeremy Davis for exactlythe same thing, i.e., purchasing T shirts on his own, selling them at events, and charging HCGOP only forthe cost of shirts sold. The exception here is that Jeremy had the blessing of the entire Executive Committee,whereas Ted Carr did not. Ken Henson is a hypocrite. Did he find out about Carr's nefarious activity onlyat this 11/6/2017 HCGOP meeting? I think not. Ken Henson ought to offer this resignation for not onlylying his [expletive deleted] off at the CHARLES DOUGLAS WRIGHT hearing, which his son-in-law, ZebSmathers [D] defended CHARLES DOUGLAS WRIGHT in front of District Court Judge DONNA FORGA[R], but for allowing Ted to purchase T shirts that were not the property of HCGOP when they were sold offat the Haywood County Fair. To any normal person, this is a good offer by individuals to assist in fundraising, but it was not within Ken Henson's comprehension to understand this type of financial operation. Ken Henson kept relating it to his dump truck business where he sells a load of sand and gets cash. Thatseemed to be about the extent Ken was able to understand this type of transaction.

Anyway, I could go on and on...
