Monika holds a diploma in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Stuttgart, with further

studies at State University for Pedagogic in Stuttgart, Germany.

Monika is an accomplished and experienced executive with broad functional background, having

successfully managed several business segments (Mobile Core, Switching, Services and Fixed

Networks) and led large global teams in Product Management & R&D, Operations, Supply Chain

& Manufacturing, Services and Delivery, as well as Business Development, Presales & Tendering.

Monika’s contribution was instrumental both in transforming the Fixed Access business over the

past four years and in the success of the Nokia & Alcatel-Lucent integration process.
