You’ve heard that communication can make or break a project — and this workshop will demonstrate what that really means. Experienced, professional project managers will share a variety of structured communication tools and techniques, along with hands-on experiences — including completing a stakeholder analysis and developing a project communication plan based on that thought process — to improve your project management communication skills. Other topics covered include independent verification and validation (IVV), issue and risk management, and planning for post-live support. You will also practice planning a “go-live” and discover how to help your team generate valuable lessons learned after the project is complete.
