Proposals
A ten point plan (points 1–5)
- That a new map for Fife should provide 21 secondary schools across the Kingdom
- That a new school be planned to support housing development around the Forth Bridghead
- That a new school be planned to replace Dunfermline High School
- That a school be planned to support the further development to the south east of Kirkcaldy
- That the Head of Education should continue to monitor provision at Viewforth High School

Proposals
A ten point plan (points 6-10)
- That a new school be planned to support the further development of communities in North East Fife
- That secondary school provision in St Andrews shall be based on a single campus at Kilrymont
- That a major investment programme should be prioritised using information from the School Estate Management Plan
- That catchment areas be revised to ensure that the secondary schools serve the community to which they are naturally associated
- That detailed discussions be undertaken with partners with the aim of producing better services
