#About Environment#

The current supporting environment is maintaining the production boxes in three places.Those are TGL

SLET and rtv.

TGL is purely production environment and SLET acts as a production come test.4 DMX,3 CLARIION,2 CETRA,1 VMAX,1VNX,1AMS2500 EMC arrays are

having at TGL,2 dmx,3 clariion are available at SLET.As of now the cse people(ranjan )never touch the c

tra,vnx,ams2500 environment.Just he was skipped the information

regading those arays.They can perform SRDF internally at SLET boxes and maintain dedicated box for rcation.i.e rtv

#About fabric manager#

They are having four fabrics named as Fabric A,B,C AND D.fabric A and B for TGL,fabric C and D for SLE

fabric managment tools are Cisco fabric manager for CISCO switch,connetrix for Brocade and Mcdata.TGL is connected with CIsco and Mcdata .Totally 8 switchs are using .Still they were not configured the

cade switch.The naming conventions of switches are "SANSW114-DMS2".

#Management servers#

the management servers are working with windows operating system,TGL and SLET having 15 management servers for maintaing the information about ECC,Fabricmanagement,Connectivity..

ECC is a consol it is running in all hosts ,installed by unix people.they are using ECC for storage provisoand decomm.SMc also using for some hosts ,they were configured with DG.

MSTSc is a tool for windows client connectvity,OFL,TAGA for unix connectvity.Current vrsion of ECC is 6.

#ticketing tool#

The current environment supports TDC internal ticketing tool "SERVICE CENTER".alla type of alerts areting from TIVOLI.

#emc help#still the EMC will take care of the CENTRA boxes
