Moly Coat is an anti-seize, dry film aerosol lubricant. Made with pure

Molybdenum Disulfide micro-particles that plate out to fill tiny holes

and pits in metal, Moly Coat prevents friction and wear to improve

operating efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Moly Coat stops

corrosion, seizing, galling, sticking, scraping and other friction issues

that occur in high pressure, load-bearing applications.

• Withstands high heat from -110 ˚F to +1,050 ˚F

• High pressure up to 100,000 psi

• Sticks to metals, rubber, glass, fiberglass and most plastic

• Applies dry and tack free to repel dust

• No sling off, throw off or wash-out

• Resists water, oil, alkalis and acids

• Non-chlorinated, non-corrosive and non-conducive

Moly Coat is a superior, long-lasting dry lubricant that adheres to almost all materials. It withstands high temperatures and pressures, repels dust and dirt and is resistant to water, alkalies and most acids. Moly Coat greatly increases operating effi ciency and reduces maintenance costs by preventing corrosion, seizing, wear, galling, binding, sticking, chattering, squeaking and scraping. It is designed for high pressure, load-bearing applications and is excellent for anti-friction and anti-seize where a dry lubricant is desired. Able to withstand temperature ranges from -110°F to +1050°F and resist pressures up to 100,000 psi. Contains pure Molybdenum Disulfide micro-particles which burnish themselves into metal surfaces and provide a bonded dry lubricating film.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS: Oil Drilling Equipment, Foundries, Automotive Plants, Vehicle Maintenance, Sewing Trades, Paper and Corrugated Converting, Chemical Plants, Woodworking, Marine, Agricultural & Military Equipment, Road Equipment, Aircraft Maintenance, Steel Mills and Mining Operations.

USES: May be applied wherever petroleum or synthetic lubricants are not suitable (except oxygen systems). Use on gears, bellcranks, slides, chutes, bearing surfaces, press fits, chains, conveyors, cylinder packings, shafts, valve stems, vulcanized rubber molds.

DIRECTIONS: Shake can vigorously before application. Surface must be free from loose rust, oil, grease and old paint. Hold can 8 to 10 inches from surface and spray in a sweeping motion to insure a thin uniform coating. Allow fi rst application 3 to 5 minutes before applying second coat. IMPORTANT: To prevent clogging, after each use, invert can and spray a few short bursts to clear valve.

KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN
