labour force. Introduced the online oiling of the ERW steel pipes, thus reducing the oil

consumption.

Achieved a production target of 1000 tons a month.

AVT NATURAL PRODUCTS LTD (AGRO BASED INDUSTRY,DEHYDRATION UNIT) Independently handled the operations and statutory compliance of the plant Adopted measures on a continuous basis to improve the efficiency of the plant

from 65% to 85%. Achieved a production target of 400 tons of flower powder in a month.

UNITED BRISTLERS & BRUSHES PVT LTD (CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS OF TOOTHBRUSHES FOR MNC’s P&G, COLGATE,DABUR, JOHNSON & JOHNSON) Smooth Operation of the Plant with out any hiccups of Raw Materials thus

enabling the achievement of targeted output. Reducing the rejections with proper maintenance of machines Enhancing the Quality of Compressed Air by centralising its distribution. Reduced the Generator running cost by introducing the Stabiliser for the

Compressor running. Reduced the Packing cost considerably by introducing the concept of Soft Steel

Plate in the process of Sealing and Cutting. Monitored the complete fabrication of Storage Racks & Mezanine Floor for
