Module Access Control Overview

Module access control enables teachers to restrict students’ viewing of the learning channels – My Subjects.

This is to allow teachers to manage access of titles/units/sub-units of a subject to be viewed by students which can be controlled by level and by specific class(es).

Step 1: Click Module Access Control.

Step 2: View by - Drop down the list Select & choose the channel to control.

Step 3: Class – Drop down the list and Select a Class

Step 4: Click Generate List.

Class – Select Channel/ Class

Disable All To disallow all titles/units/sub-units relevant to the class, to be viewed by students

Class – Select Class/ Disable Module

Enable All To allow all titles/units/sub-units relevant to the class, to be viewed by students

Step 1: To disable individually, click either title/unit/sub-unit

**By default, all titles/units/sub-units are enabled (ü)

Step 2: Click the calendar and choose a date. Click Save to save the setting.

The system will auto enable after the stipulated date.
