To create Folder
1) Right-click in any blank area on the desktop and select New, and then select Folder.
RT-Click (on desktop) New Folder

1) Right-click on the Folder and select Copy. RT-Click (on the folder) Copy
2) Right-click in any blank area in desired location and select Paste.

To Rename Folder
1) Right-click on the Folder and select Rename.
RT-Click (on the folder) Rename change the folder name
Delete Folder in windows 10
To Delete Folder
1) Right-click on the Folder and select Delete. RT-Click (on the folder) Delete
After you deleted the folder, you can find it in the Recycle Bin.

1) Right-click on the Recycle Bin and select Open. RT-Click (on the Recycle Bin ) Open
2) Right-click on the deleted Folder in the Recycle Bin and select
Delete.
