Gate frameThe running-profile is composed out of heavy, compressed aluminum-profiles in which the infill gets inserted. The top-profile ensures stable operating and guiding of the gate.On the front- and backside the bottom profile is located.The gateframe can be opened to the left and to the right – customers choice.

Fillings

Running-profileBecause of the centrically positioned rack in the substructure, the gate operates quietly due to the 8 roller ball bearing guided system. The inner components are very well protected against environmental ingress such as water, ice, dirt etc. and therefore is vertually maintenance-free.

Posts & Mounting-adapter

The guide post and portals consist of welded, zinc-coated or powder-coated steel profiles of 150 x 150 mm profile, or 220 x 175 mm with Inline Motor. The large baseplate construction ensures stable mounting to the foundation. The adjustable roller guiding system and catch mechanisms are attached to the supporting guide posts.

The internal drive and control components are built into the gate’s column and so they are optimally protected against weather and vandalism. Prepared for engine or manual.
