Modern Society: Changes in post industrial era have form modern society. Modern society has strong economies and stable governments. The culture and lifestyle of modern society allow freedom of religion, favor international trade, and are heavily influenced by political alliance or cooperation.
Depression : Depression is a psychological disorder that affects a person's mood changes, physical functions and social interactions.
Purpose of the Research
To meet one of the requirements of the course Introduction to Sociology.
To know how research is conducted in real world, at least at its tiniest bit.

both qualitative and quantitative research strategy

Income Level Range in BDT
Lower Level Income Below 10,000
Lower Mid-Level Income 10,000 – 30,000
Mid-Level Income 31,000 – 90,000
Upper Mid-Level Income 91,000 – 150,000
Higher Level Income Above 150,000
We will use the Purposive Sampling Strategy for sampling.It is based on Income Level. These levels are based on hypothetical assumptions.

Our samples were taken based on their Income Level. They were selected from different age and location upon their Income Level.oOur sample size for Questionnaire was 20 oOur sample size for Interview was 3
Justification for Choosing the Sample
Our focus was on financial condition of individuals that leads to depression or not.Taking this sample size was more convenient for us. This sample was easy to reach.

Social clustering is not a problem in her case
She doesn’t think unemployment cause depression in her life
She is suffering from depression caused mainly due to instable personal relationship
Remedy according to her: Even though she knew the problem was a communication gap, she specified that the actual problem was accepting the fact that they were indeed having difficulties in their relationship.

Income: approximately 12000-15000BDT
Previously, he was almost at the brink of a broken family and was also drug addicted but at the current situation, things are way better
He believes her daughter is facing problems caused by social clustering despite studying on a scholarship
He believes unemployment and depression are inversely related
He strongly believes that depression is inversely related with money
Remedy according to him: He believes hard work with a combination of social recognition may eradicate depression caused by depression.
INTERVIEW TO A MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGER
Age: 36
Income: 40000 BDT along with other amenities
He was at discomfort initially
He said he cannot remember suffering from depression caused by financial instability
He did not mention anything specifically about depression caused by financial instability but he mentioned that he was quite alienated during his teenage
He said he was depressed when he was unemployed after his graduation
He believes hard work with a combination of social recognition may eradicate depression caused by depression.
Discussion and Conclusion
Our research on this topic is more of a follow up research. Modern Society with several independent tools that can cause depression what we discussed earlier.
The research tools that we have used returned us the findings that support our hypothesis.

We have found out that people in the age range of 21-40 are more depressed than others.
We found the following reasons mainly responsible behind depression:

People have agreed that getting jobs or rise in income could reduce depression
People also said that financial difficulties can also harm in one’s relationship
Finally, we came up with to the end that Financial Difficulties is one of the most vital cause that caused depression in modern society.
