applicable to the country only until recent history, hen #iolent

extre!ist "roups, !ainly the Shia "roup hich "oes by the na!e of 

Houthi, started tryin" to i!pose their alle"edly political clai!s to the

re"ion of north %e!en& The Houthis are responsible for all the political

instability and chaos that too( place in the country, pushin" it to the

ed"e of a ci#il ar& )y perpetratin" #iolent and coerci#e actions, the

Houthi ha#e !ana"ed to !anipulate the %e!eni "o#ern!ent to ful*l

their de!ands, until no&  The +in"do! of Saudi Arabia stands stron"ly a"ainst the Houthi,

since its political clai!s are not le"iti!ate, neither the !ean that they

ha#e chosen to acco!plish it& This nation belie#es that they pose as a

threat to %e!eni so#erei"nty, as they ha#e already consolidate #iolent

attac(s to to presidents and i!portant !e!bers of the "o#ern!ent,

and to the people of Saudi Arabia, due to its proxi!ity ith Saudi

borders& They !ay also represent a threat to the international

co!!unity, since the instability in the re"ion could cause har! to the

oil !ar(ets& )esides all the issues afore!entioned, the Houthi are in

fact puppets of the ranian Shia "o#ern!ent, hich ai!s to extend its

in-uence o#er the re"ion&Until no, the Arabic nations ha#e ta(en !any successfully

!easures to contain the political instability and acts of #iolence

perpetrated by the Houthi, as the Saudi bo!bin"s to re"ions

do!inated by the "roup and the bac(in" of the %e!eni "o#ern!ent

troops !ission to reco#er its capital city fro! the Houthi forces&

Conducted by His .a/esty +in" Sal!an of Saudi Arabia, Arabic leaders

ha#e decided to establish an Arabic !ilitary /oint ai!in" the

suppression of the #iolence in the re"ion&

Saudi Arabia expects fro! this council to reco"ni0e and

reinforce the re"ional !easures that ha#e already been ta(en and to

cooperate ith the stabili0ation of %e!en, includin" by ta(in" e1orts

to restore the e1ecti#eness, le"iti!acy and authority of the %e!eni
