Shutter Counts is a growing digital magazine collaborated with several individuals in the photography and art industry. We are giving artists a platform to share their work with the world. We are changing the industry by making this magazine artist friendly and a great place to be. We bring our readers the newest faces, photographers, trends and concepts in this industry. Our goals is to make our reader’s interests with the right content, while giving the artist a place to market their work and themselves. We also offer advertising tools such as ad placements and contests to promote each other in bigger and better markets. We are designing our magazine with the intent of being discovered by other artists and clients. Both organic discover and targeted discovery are key to our goals in promoting our magazine and our artists. We provide you with opportunities to become more connected and promoted through our venture. Model Bio My name is Angel Brown (model name "Live Wyre") and I'm from Portsmouth, Virginia. I am 35 years old and also an Air Force veteran, serving 15 years of active duty before separating from service. Currently, I am a student with Webster University pursuing a Masters in Information Technology Management. I started modeling on and off in 2005 but treated it more as a hobby due to military work demands. From that time until 2012, I participated in runway shows and promotional branding while stationed in South Carolina. It wasn't until 2013 while living in the United Arab Emirates that I participated in a modeling feature with Starwood Hotels and realized that I could be doing much more with my talents. Once I moved back to Virginia and left the military in 2015, I found myself with more time to do things for myself...including becoming more prominent with my modeling. Since taking a new stance to my modeling career, I have been signed with two modeling agencies, attended several fashion/bridal shows, became a promotional model with four different brands/designers, and requested for several photoshoot features. I have also recently crossed over to acting and have recently been featured in a Virginia Lottery commercial. Though unsure of what the future may hold for modeling, I plan to continue doing what I can to make a name for myself until no longer able to do so.

Photographer Bio: Bari's Photography/ Ilem Southwell When I decided to pick up a new hobby in 2013, I would've never thought I would fall in love with photography the way that I did. I love being able to capture memorable moments and pleasing my clients, especially once they have received the finished product. I've had the opportunity to touch many lives with my vision and new-found abilities. I am very eager to continue working with others and learning to perfect my craft in order to become the best photographer I can possibly be.
