Recommended Routes:• If coming from Concession St/Queensdale Ave area, take the Mountain Park Ave route

westbound, then head north alone Belvidere Ave route to McElroy Rd. Continue west on the McElroy Rd route and enter campus via the Columbia Dr trail connection.

• If come from the Mohawk/Fennell area, take the Southbend Rd route westbound, connecting through McElroy Rd. Enter campus via the Columbia Dr trail connection.

• If coming from the Limeridge Rd area, take the Limeridge Rd route westbound, then continue north on the Manning Ave route. At the McElroy Rd route, travel westbound and enter campus via the Columbia Dr trail connection.

Try sharing a ride to campus using Smart Commute’s Carpool Zone, the free on-line carpool connection program that matches you with other Mohawk employees and students. Get started by visiting carpoolzone.ca and selecting ‘Mohawk College’ as your employer. Carpoolers to Fennell Campus can qualify for preferred parking in the Carpool Zone lot, next to DBARC.

HOW IT WORKS

BENEFITS OF CARPOOLING

• Any 2+ Mohawk students or staff commuting together can purchase a carpool permit. Proof of access to 2 or more separate vehicles must be provided

• Two or more Mohawk parking permits (Semester, 2 Semester or Annual) registered to separate vehicles can be returned for 1 carpool permit

• Excess permits will be refunded based on a pre-determined refund schedule

• Carpoolers save 50% or more off parking and commuting through cost sharing• Vehicles with valid carpool parking permits receive preferred parking in the P10 Carpool

Zone (front row)• Carpool permits include 4 emergency day passes per semester (one per month) in case your

carpool partner is unavailable• Carpooling cuts your commuting emissions in half, reducing your personal carbon footprint
