Introduction
Mock Test 1 has been created on the pattern of Common Law Admission Test. This test represents the exact level of difficulty both in terms of question type and level. The test has five sections with a total of 200 questions. A student is expected to attempt this test in 120 minutes in actual test like environment.

This section had 50 questions on Legal Aptitude comprising of both Legal Reasoning as well as Legal Knowledge:

Overall, the section was of Moderate difficulty level. The section tested the ability of students to understand and interpret the legal language. At the same time, they were also expected to have some basic knowledge of the constitution and other legal developments around.

Legal Reasoning: The legal reasoning was a real brain twister comprising of 12 cluster questions (common principle and facts to many series of questions) and 18 individual questions which were of easy to moderate difficulty level. Questions were from Law of Contracts, Torts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, International Law and also on General Legal Principles. The cluster questions were all from Law of Contract.
Legal Knowledge: The Legal Knowledge part of Mock 1 was not a cinch. The overview of general principles of law was necessary to be able to effectively finish these 20 questions. The majority of questions even though were not from current legal developments but nevertheless were not so easy.
