Problems we’re facing in our MoC…

• Don’t know how to deal with senior members..

• Managers do not have enough learning points…

• Leadership pipeline擦擦擦擦擦,,,

• Don’t know how to manage virtual teams in NST…

Team minimum is not something extra, but a standard to ensure we’re delivering leadership experience

!• 3-6 members to ensure there is “a team” that can

be well managed • Shared purpose to keep the team on the same

page • Ensure the connection and basic communication

within the team • Monthly & quarterly review to be conscious about

!• To be clear about what should i do personally, and

how can my action aligned with the team • Adjust the plan according to reality & previous

result

!• To get enough preparation to get on-board • To be clear about what to do with purpose • To have an integrated empowerment for achieving

goals & leadership development

!• To be clear about what to do • To have enough time for inner & outer journey • To know the direction • To know the criteria to select & to develop
