“Top Fill” Method - ReviewMOBILE HOME ROOF RETROFIT
• Check the integrity of the ceiling and seal all interior leaks.
• Check the general condition of roof surfaces.
• Mark out holes down the roof about 18 inches off center line; the first holes should be 6 to 8 feet from the ends; following holes should be 12-16 feet apart.
• Cut 6 inch diameter holes.• Insert hose and fill the cavity with fiberglass insulation completing a
360-degree circle of coverage; fill to capacity.
• Insert 6 inch cap with NP1 caulked edge.
• Center and screw down 10 x 10 inch coil-stock patch over cap; caulk bottom side

Center and screw down 10 x 10 inch coil stock patch over cap; caulk bottom side of coil-stock before screwing down in proper sequence.
• Center and attach 14 x 14 inch peel-and-seal patch over coil-stock; heat with heat gun as needed and roll out any bubbles.
• Seal seams and edges with NP1 caulk
• Cover patch with 2 coats of elastomeric.
