Hand-guided Laser processing heads
for Laserwelding and Lasercutting
The processing heads of Blue LaserTools GmbH make the manufacturing of single
pieces, small series and tall pieces possible, without the need for extensive
programming.
We offer processing heads optimised for Laser welding and cutting.
Both heads are especially designed for there specific application. Similar to the
processes of conventional MIG/MAG or Plasma/WIG welding technologies, our
Blue LaserTools processing heads are operated manually. They offer the same
functionality known from these welding procedures in combination with all known
advantages offered by Laser material processing.
The significant features (unique selling point) of both processing heads are:
• No need for extensive programming
• Process gas supply
• Cross jet to protect the optical components
• Quick-change protection-glass box
• Preferably to be connected to disk lasers, other laser sources possible on request
• Easy and safe operation and manipulation
• Small in dimensions, and therefore light in weight
• Compact and modular system (accessories)
• High Laser safety secured by various, autonomous warning sensors
The laser welding and cutting system is offering in addition to that:
• Constant feeding speed by an integrated tractor
• The option to weld different kind of joints
• Adjustable headpiece to work on little accessible contours
