Mobile has become an essential part of our livelihood. This document throws light on how mobile can be used for identification.TRANSCRIPT
Mobile phones for Digital identity:
Like Universally accessible digital resources shall be for all Governmental and non-governmental records and materials that are required for a citizen to access and Sharable private space on public cloud shall be the platform for the citizens to be able to share publicly/privately its records/materials etc, similarly mobile phones linked to one’s digital identity shall accomplish the following objectives:
1. Reduce time consumption (that is spent on manually proving one’s identity each time with Ration card, Adhaar card, passport etc)
2. Easier to start or stop services, pay bills, income tax etc
3. Extra facilities such as easier employment, security services, timelining events of life etc
Methods:
Introducing nanochip/microchip of READ-ONLY MEMORY that consists of all the information, records of the individual in a synchronised (offline & online) account.
Accounts- accessible through phone having identity, private sharing on public cloud
availability through same account, containing the biodata and all kinds of records related to the individual. Records of education, health, crime, occupation, social service activities (volunteering to help the society),
Accounts of family members linked when only one phone available Accounts of children linked, edited and accessed by parents till an eligible age. Extra facilities through mobile- security services- especially women= using
nanobiosensors/ tracking facility recorded automatically in the police station on the individual's agreement (without harming one's privacy) for his/her safety purpose.
