Our HistoryMobile Bar Hire Limited was formed in 2002, although initially starting

life in a small back bar room in Dartford Kent, the company has grown

from strength to strength. Initial events ranged from 10 to 100 guests,

but in 2010 Mobile Bar Hire’s events included large outdoor music

festivals with an average attendance of upto 60,000 people.

The company now operates from a 5,000sq ft (approx) warehouse

comprising of offices, storage areas and loading/unloading bays.

Over the years the company and its directors have won various business

awards including the ‘Best New Business Award’ in 2010.

CASH BAR HIREThis option is where the client would pay a small set up fee for our services which include :-Front bar countersBack bars & displaysStaffing for the eventGlassware (plastic or glass, depending upon the venue facilities)Full range of drinks including draught beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks (cocktails separate)License for the eventEPOS till system with credit card facilityClearing of bar area and our rubbish off siteGuests would then pay for the drinks over the bar.

FREE BAR HIRE OR TAB BAR HIREAll of the above but we can offer our clients a price per head based upon drinks choice , number of guests and bar opening/closing times.A Tab bar option is where a set amount of money is put over the bar and then once this amount is reached we would then switch to the cash bar option.NOTE: For both of these options, they may NOT necessarily be a set up charge.

Our current commitmentGlass Recycling — On average we recycle approx 30 tonnes of glass per year, this is all done through our local authorities glass collection from our offices.

Saving Electricity — Our office has the appropriate number of low every lighting units to assist with keeping energy costs down and using less electricity.
