1. Sign in

1.1 Sign in

Sign in screen will appear when the MNGHA Care is launched.

Insert MRN and PASSWORD and select your Area on ①.

(To save the MRN for next login, check on the [Save MRN].

In case of first login, insert Saudi ID.

Click ② [Sign in] button, to access the application.

To change the screen language to Arabic, Click ③.

If you need help click ④ [help] button to find User Guide .

Click button ⑤ to change the password. Note: - if there is any new update available, user be notified through pop-up message indicates

there is a newer version. It’s highly recommended to install all updates before using the Application.

- For desktop version please use Google chrome browser.

1.2 User Sign-in Verification Summary : To confirm your identity after the sign in, a verification code will be sent to the mobile number

of the patient that is registered in the Hospital Information System.

Timer for inserting the verification code will be shown on ① (total time is 5 minutes)

Insert the verification code in ②, click [Confirm] button to proceed with signing in.

In case the given verification code doesn’t work, user can get a new verification code by

clicking button ③ [Request Code Again].

To cancel log in, user can go back to the previous page by clicking button ④ [Cancel]

If you need help click ⑤ [help] button to find User Guide .

To change the screen language to Arabic, Click ⑥. Note: If you don’t receive a text message with the verification code, make sure to add your mobile number in registration section in Patient service Administration.

2. Reset Password 2.1 Password change

Summary: User can change their password after initial log-in with Saudi ID or Iqama

Click button ①, to move to the previous page.

Click button ②, to Logout.

2.2 Password Reset Verification Summary : Screen for verifying password change.

Timer for inserting the verification code will be shown on ①, (total time is 5 minutes).

Insert the verification code on ②, click [Confirm] button and proceed with signing in.

Summary: This is the main page after signing in to the MNGHACare.

① Shows the user’s name, age, gender and patient number.

Click button② for user’s account information such as Name, Area, Gender,

Age(Birthday),Phone , Email that can be edited and change password.

Click button ③to change the profile photo.

To change the screen language to Arabic, Click④.

Click button ⑤ to Logout and to help a patient by download the user Manuel .

⑥ Menu area of all services. Note: MNGHA Care will automatically log you out after 5 minutes of inactivity.

4.1 Appointment list Summary: This page showing the list of future appointments even of radiology appointment with instructions for limited exams (central region) .

In ④, list of reserved appointment even radiology appointment (for all regions ) with

Patient who has file in Business Center clinic or Prince Bader Residential City Clinics) in Central

region.

7.2 Prescriptions- List

Summary: This page displays the prescription information for selected visit type or for all.

Click button ⑥, user can request [Medication Refill], The requested information is

transferred to the Hospital Information System (HIS). The history of approval or refusal of

refill is transferred via SMS from HIS, and it also can be found on Notification page of

MNGHA Care.

Click button ⑦, to move to the page for [Medication Alarm], alarm button can be

displayed only for the outpatient Prescriptions and when it’s necessary to take medicine

every day within specific period.

Summary : This page displays Medication alarm, start date, end date, and dose time can be set.

dose time can be set. When accessing the page, the basic date and time is automatically

set and the patient can change accordingly.
