Chapter 4Dr. Moses Flomo, Sr.,An African Herb DoctorI signed the contract with Arnold in 2001. As Ihave said, Arnold talked to numerous peopleconcerning MMS (which we called OS-82)about helping the people in Africa with malaria. Each time he spoketo someone new he believed he had found someone who wouldprovide us with the funds to prove MMS worked. Then we couldask the world to help us cure Africa. I remained in Mina, Nevada, continuing to write emails to people in Africa. Many didnt believewhat I told them about MMS, and some asked me not to write themagain.Somewhere around July 2003, myemails to Africa paid off. I finally got intouch with a doctor in Guinea, WestAfrica. His name was Dr. Moses Flomo,Sr. I began telling him about the resultswe had achieved in Tanzania. He wasinterested. I sent him a bottle of MMSand he tried it on a single malaria patientwho recovered in only hours. Heimmediately went to the office of theMinistry of Health. Dr. Gamy was the

deputy minister of health at that time in Dr. Moses Flomo, Sr.Guinea.Dr. Flomo met with one of the doctors in the office who thenauthorized him to test 25 people. He was to test those 25 peoplewithout charge. If MMS worked, he could then begin chargingpeople for MMS as a treatment for malaria.Chapter 4: Dr. Moses Flomo, Sr., An African Herb Doctor43Dr. Flomo put a large sign outside his clinic that said, Freetreatment for malaria. Within hours he had more than 25 peoplesigned up, and he treated them the same day. He had them agree tocome back the next day for testing. The next day, all the people whoreturned were malaria free. He began treating people for malaria for

5,000 GNF (0.75 USD) on October 1, 2003.People started lining up outside his office, and he continuedtreating them for a few weeks. Unfortunately, Dr. Flomo couldntsee the value of MMS. He believed he could make a lot of moneyselling herb formulas in capsule form. He was only doing themalaria thing to get me to help him with his herbs. I agreed to helphim as long as he was working to address malaria. He wanted me tosend him some empty capsules, some herb books, a capsule fillingmachine, and some other supplies. When I sent him a packagecontaining some books and a small semiautomatic capsule-fillingmachine, his post office held it. He got so upset with them that heclosed his clinic. It didnt make a lot of sense to me, but he wasntfrom Guinea and he thought that was the reason he was being

treated badly. We later learned that the postmaster had taken the package andput it on his desk. The next day, he became ill and the packageremained on his desk for 2 weeks. Then an accident occurred andthe package was essentially destroyed by rain. After closing his clinic, Dr. Flomo decided to go out to anAmerican bauxite company, the biggest one in that part of theworld. He knew one of the doctors in the companys clinic, so hetook some MMS to the doctor and explained how it worked. Theybegan treating workers who had malaria with it. In all, they treated
