20 days - 10 challenges


1. Get a video testimonial from each EP Matched for MMI- Videos should be short and attractive – don’t forget that their main purpose is

to make students apply for the project!- Post them at each 2-5 days (depending on how many Trainees you have) on your

MMI Facebook page / LC Facebook page!- Make sure you ask your Members and Participants to share it!

- Send me the link after each video posted on Facebook!

2. Select and send us the best texts from the testimonials- We’re going to make the National Promo Pics based on the template you have on our

internal FB group


3. Get the video testimonial of one of the Participants already signed up!

- This should again encourage others to subscribe also!

- We’re going to promote it on the national website of MMI so make sure that they are over 18 and they know how we’ll use these videos!

4. Contact all the former participants of projects from your LC that can apply now for MMI!

- Research databases of former participants of MMI or other local projects that were addressing high-school/university students; you have one week for that;

- Start the Calling campaign on Monday, 16th of June!!! Send me pics with your team during the calling session!!


5. Start the presentations in classrooms if you didn’t do it already! Make pictures in 10 different classes!

- Engage all the organization in the promotion of the project! With just a small effort,

everyone can contribute to higher visibility >> more participants >> better sustainability of MMI or even profit for the LC!!

- Send me the pictures until Sunday 22nd of June!!

6. Engage the Interns that you currently have in the LC!- Go together with them at the classes presentations; encourage them to share a 1

minute story about the relevance of being open to internationalism and non formal education!

- Send me pics with them at MMI presentations / at the stand until 22nd of June


7. Start organizing and promoting an event for students! - Start putting some effort in a new innovative way of promotion: creating a FUN event

for participants and their friends. It has to be so attractive that it will promote itself on Facebook! So, it will be a Treasure Hunt / Sports Day / Rollers & Bikes Day

for anyone that wants to join! They will be able to invite all their friends!

- This is going to be an aligned event in all the LCs, happening on 28th/29th of June

8. Set with the school directors events with the parents of the high-school students and/or join the events they

already have with parents!- Find out if this is possible! Having a high impact on the parents can bring you more

participants than any other way of promo! - If you will be able to do that, contact me before to help you with the

speech/presentation for parents!!!


9. Call ALL the participants subscribed and offer them a discount if they bring more participants.

- BA/CU are using the “bring 2 friends and have 5 Euro discount” policy- yet, you are free to implement your own discounts, as long as the project is still

self-sustainable; check it with your VP Finance!

- START the Calling Campaign on Monday 23rd of June !! Send me pics with your team during the calling session!!

10. Have minimum 10 participants / trainee matched by 29th

of June !!- BA&CU: 260, KE:140; NR:60; PO:40

- Make sure that you called before this date everyone to remind them about the project, not to have surprises that they can’t attend it anymore!

- Send me the final list with confirmed participants by 29th of June.


Every LC doing challenges 1, 3, 5, 7, & 9 and having the MMI project self-sustainable from the participants fees will

get a special surprise from my side at CEC!!

Challenges 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10 are the extra things that you can do in order to have the desired number of participants.
