Choreographer’s Note: To breathe is to live, and without breath there is no life. Not only are the higher animals dependent upon breath for life and health, but even the lower forms of animal life must breathe to live, and plant life is likewise dependent upon the air for continued existence. After researching characteristics of human and animal life, I had made them come to life on stage to show that in our world every life form needs one vital action, and that is breath.

Music: Love by Eric Schrotenboer #selfie by The Chainsmokers Elements by Lindsey Stirling Choreographer’s Note: Each day we are surrounded by altered images of what we are “supposed” to look like. We get trapped into telling ourselves that we are just not enough. But in reality, imperfection is beauty. The little things that make us unique are what others find beautiful in us. We are breathtaking, just the way we are.
